The Murcar Championship Golf Links has a par of 71 and a standard scratch rating of 73 (USGA rating 72.7 and USGA slope rating 135). Murcar frequently features in the Top 100 courses in the UK and the VisitScotland Top 40 Great Scottish Links Collection.
In July 2016 Murcar Links hosted the inaugural European Tour Saltire Energy Paul Lawrie Match Play which was won by Kiradech Aphibarnrat in the final against Robert Karlsson.
In July 2014 Murcar Links hosted the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre Northern Open.
In July 2013 the European Boys Team Championship.
In April 2012, we hosted the Paul Lawrie Foundation Scottish Boys Championship and in 2006 we hosted the European Challenge Tour’s inaugural Scottish Challenge.
In 2009 we hosted the European Girls Team Championship and the Scottish Amateur
Strokeplay Championship.
